The property is beautifully decorated with marble flooring throughout. The open plan ground floor contains a contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with modern Siemens appliances and a breakfast bar with stools. Adjacent is the dining area with table and chairs and alongside this is the lounge with two large luxury sofas and coffee table. A flat screen satellite TV with access to the full range of On Demand streaming services.  Children are catered for with a selection of DVD’s, children’s board games and cards.

The floor to ceiling sliding patio windows makes the most of the panoramic views from inside allowing an endless amount of natural light to enter the property.  The outdoor terrace area is expansive with comfortable furniture and BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco or just relaxing with a G&T and taking in the views before going out for the evening. The lower terrace has a full size table tennis table for the more energetic.

The master bedroom is located over the top floor of the villa with panoramic views of Kalkan from the round bed or jacuzzi.  This room also includes a flat screen TV, private fridge and spacious balcony with sunbeds and pergola, allowing additional comfort and privacy.

The large private infinity pool has a separate Jacuzzi with seating where you can sit and gaze at the views whilst enjoying a glass of wine. Sunbeds and drinks tables around the pool can be positioned under the large pergola if you prefer to escape the midday sun and lie in comfort in the shade.

The lower terrace has a full size table tennis table for the more energetic and and can be accessed from anywhere outside or through sliding doors from bedrooms 4 and 5. There is a games room in the lower terrace. This room offers treadmill, exercise bike, PS4 gaming console and TV, Premier League Football on TV, football table, dart, yoga & pilates equipments alongside with board games to keep all age brackets entertained. There is a direct access from games room to garden where there are two sets of sitting areas.

Cleaning
Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered.  Bed linen and towels will be changed for those staying longer than a week.
