Offering spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests, Villa Acacia is situated on a quiet tree lined road on the LaVanta development just a short drive from the centre of Kalkan’s historic old town

LaVanta really is one of the best locations in Kalkan. From its peaceful setting. perched on a hillside just above Kalkan. the views of Kalkan, Kalamar and the islands are truly stunning. Villa Acacia has sea views to the front and a backdrop of spectacular mountains to the rear making it a really special setting.

As with all the properties at LaVanta, it is set in a small but beautifully landscaped and well kept garden. There is a small swimming pool with sun-beds and a covered terrace which is perfect for alfresco dining.

You enter Villa Acacia at mid level, into a hallway with an impressive vaulted ceiling. Downstairs is a spacious open plan living and dining area, separated from the fully fitted kitchen (with dishware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils) by a useful breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances. There is a utility area, housing the washing machine and a downstairs shower room and toilet. There are two sets of french doors from which you can access the pool and terrace.

Upstairs, there are three good sized bedrooms. The en-suite master bedroom has a private balcony and sea views. There is a generously sized twin bedroom and a second double which share the family bathroom.

LaVanta Clubhouse
Full use of LaVanta facilities including a stunning communal 25m Infinity pool with breathtaking views of the mediterranean with sun-loungers and parasols. Alongside the pool is the LaVanta ClubHouse which offers a full restaurant and bar offer.  Children are also catered for with table tennis; and an infant plunge pool. Cleaning
Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered.  Bed linen and towels will be changed for those staying longer than a week.

We are committed to Health and Safety on an ongoing basis. Health and Safety Guidelines are on display when you enter LaVanta; and also around the pool at the Clubhouse. We ask that you follow these guidelines.
