This light and airy 4-bedroom property is well equipped with stylish furnishings and plenty of areas to socialise, including the upstairs outdoor dining terrace. You will be just 2 minutes walk from the Old Town with a bustling town centre and an endless choice of restaurants, cafes, and shops to discover. The entrance door brings you into the bright and spacious kitchen and dining area, which is open plan into the lounge creating a social place for everyone to relax together. There are French doors which open out to the terrace, and swimming pool. The living area is stylishly furnished with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a large dining table with chairs. In the large and well equipped kitchen area you’ll have everything you need to rustle up some delicious holiday meals.
The large private swimming pool, with exercise jet, is surrounded by beautiful foliage. Laze on one of the sunbeds while you read a book. The ground floor terrace has a gate and fence, ensuring a secure setting for those with little ones.
Villa Amelia has 4 spacious bedrooms located across 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom which is suitable for those with reduced mobility. On the first floor you will find the additional 3 bedrooms (King, Double and twin bed). The king and double have their own en-suite whilst the twin single bedroom has access to its own bathroom. The king and double have private balconies.
On the upper terrace area, there is access to a spacious roof terrace which is equipped with wicker sofas and chairs, sun loungers, bean bags plus a shaded dining area complete with rooftop kitchen. There is an automatic awning that’s activated by high temperatures to allow use of this stunning space all day long. The views from this level are truly stunning so it’s the perfect place to enjoy a meal or a pre-dinner drink before heading off into town.
You have access to the whole house with garden and outdoor spaces alone, including swimming pool. There is also access to a communal pool, bar and snack facilities at the Lykia which is a 1 minute walk away. There is a daily charge for use of the facilities (please check as prices may fluctuate).

Cleaning
Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered. Bed linen and towels will be changed for those staying longer than a week.
