A stylish 2 bedroom, ground floor, one level apartment. It has light and airy interiors and has been beautifully furnished and has everything you need to feel really ‘at home’ whilst on holiday.

Villa Bethany offers contemporary accommodation. It has been furnished to the highest standard and is in really beautiful surroundings. A super apartment that is ideal for couples and families.

You enter the apartment into an open plan living area consisting of a fully fitted kitchen (with dishware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils), dining seating for 6 and a lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances as you would expect from a modern holiday home. There is an extensive range of kitchenware, making its ideal for those who like to cook or entertain, including a cafetiere; turkish coffee maker; and a smoothie maker/blender. The open plan living area boasts a flat screen TV, DVD player. There are comfortable modern sofas, one of which extends out to a sofa bed to accommodate a further 2 guests. Full length glass doors open up onto the outside terrace, allowing light to flood into the living area.

There are two bedrooms both of which have full length doors opening onto the pool terrace and enjoying beautiful views. The master bedroom is a large double with plenty of storage. The twin room, which can be made into a double if required, is ideal for children.

The pool terrace and gardens offer total peace and tranquility – the gardens have been thoughtfully planted and are well maintained so that you can enjoy a variety of Mediterranean flowers. It is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a cool drink before dinner, or just read your book and doze in the heat of the summer sun. Comfortable sun-beds are provided for those sun seekers who want to catch some rays before cooling down in the private pool. If the heat all gets a bit too much then the terrace is beautifully shaded. There is outdoor dining for 6 for those nights you want to stay in and enjoy everything that Villa Bethany has to offer.

LaVanta Clubhouse
Full use of LaVanta facilities including a stunning communal 25m Infinity pool with breathtaking views of the mediterranean with sun-loungers and parasols. Alongside the pool is the LaVanta ClubHouse which offers a full restaurant and bar offer.  Children are also catered for with table tennis; and an infant plunge pool. Cleaning
Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered.  Bed linen and towels will be changed for those staying longer than a week.

We are committed to Health and Safety on an ongoing basis. Health and Safety Guidelines are on display when you enter LaVanta; and also around the pool at the Clubhouse. We ask that you follow these guidelines.

A Welcome Kit*
When you book with us, you will receive a complimentary bag of travel toiletries on your arrival in each bathroom. Contained within the bag are a locally sourced soap, and a shampoo, shower gel and body wash. (*Contents may be subject to change based on supplies).
