This Is Kalkan features Villa Cappadocia

The front door leads to an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area which is spacious with contemporary furnishings. The living area has a L-shaped sofa sits and small coffee table. Adjacent is a breakfast bar island and chairs opposite a stylish, well equipped American style kitchen. The main windows overlook onto the terrace and swimming pool.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms each with their own sea view and en-suite bathroom. On the top floor is another double bedroom, with jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom and stunning views of Kalkan.

The private pool is surrounded by a fenced terrace and mature plants. Adjacent to the main pool is a small dining area and space for sun loungers also. A terrace with more than enough room to soak up the sun. The covered alfresco dining area is perfect for cooking up some tasty Turkish meals on the BBQ. There is also some shaded comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing with a good book.

Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered. Bed linen and towels will be changed for those staying longer than a week.
