On the ground floor is a contemporarily furnished lounge alongside a bright and airy open plan kitchen, dining area and a dining table.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a flat screen TV which leads through to the dining area, which has a large table and chairs. From here patio doors open out to the infinity pool (11m x 4m) a spacious balcony with comfortable seating – a great spot to enjoy those evening drinks.

The adjacent kitchen has modern cabinets and the full range of crockery and utensils – it’s an spot for your morning coffee. Patio doors open out to a large terrace at the rear of the villa. Here you’ll find an outdoor dining table and chairs, plus a comfortable seating area under a pergola – great for relaxing with a good book.

The private pool takes pride of place within the spacious grounds. After a lazy day, why not rustle up your favourite food on the BBQ and dine alfresco? Just off the pool area is a covered terrace with rattan furniture – a great place to relax with a cool drink.

The bedrooms can all be accessed from each floor – Bedroom 1 (Ground floor): The en-suite room has a double bed, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet; Bedroom 2 (Ground floor): The en-suite room has 2 single beds, bathroom and WC; Bedroom 3 (Pool floor): en-suite room with sea view, there are 2 single beds, bathroom, WC; Bedroom 4 (1st floor): en-suite room with a double bed, balcony, bathroom and WC; and Bedroom 5 (1st floor): en-suite room with a double bed, balcony, bathroom and WC.

The property also offers a pool/snooker table; indoor table-tennis and mini-football games.

You have access to the whole house with garden and outdoor spaces alone, including swimming pool.

Cleaning
Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered.  Bed linen and towels will be changed for those staying longer than a week.
