This Is Kalkan features Villa Kalu

Villa KaLu offers a luxurious and modern lifestyle both indoors and outdoors. It has been designed to the highest standards, with an extended marble terrace, a pool set in private gardens, and comfortable sun-loungers for sunbathing and alfresco dining.

The spacious open-plan living area includes a lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen separated by a breakfast bar. The kitchen comes with all the modern appliances, cookware, tableware, cutlery, and glassware you’ll need.

There is a large dining table with seating for six, a downstairs bathroom, and a small utility area. The living room is bright and airy, with two sets of patio doors leading onto the terrace and pool. It has comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV for relaxing indoors.

On the first floor are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large en-suite shower room, a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and limited sea views. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with great sea and mountain views, and the third has a double bed. All rooms have wardrobes. There is also a separate family bathroom.

Towels and linens are provided, and guests staying for more than ten days will receive a mid-clean and laundry change. A BBQ is available, and guests have full access to the communal facilities, including wireless internet throughout the property.

LaVanta Clubhouse
Full use of LaVanta facilities including a stunning communal 25m Infinity pool with breathtaking views of the mediterranean with sun-loungers and parasols. Alongside the pool is the LaVanta ClubHouse which offers a full restaurant and bar offer.  Children are also catered for with table tennis; and an infant plunge pool. We look forward to welcoming you to the Clubhouse.

Cleaning
Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered.  Bed linen and towels will be changed for those staying longer than a week.

We are committed to Health and Safety on an ongoing basis. Health and Safety Guidelines are on display when you enter LaVanta; and also around the pool at the Clubhouse. We ask that you follow these guidelines.

A Welcome Kit*
When you book with us, you will receive a complimentary bag of travel toiletries on your arrival in each bathroom. Contained within the bag are a locally sourced soap, and a shampoo, shower gel and body wash. (*Contents may be subject to change based on supplies).
