A covered pergola terrace or a standalone pergola island alongside the infinity pool are positioned to the front of the property with an expansive area at the back for outdoor dining or to simply relax in the shade in the early evening, set in a peaceful enclosed garden.

Upstairs, there are stunning sea views from both bedrooms. The master bedroom (King bed with en-suite bathroom) has its own balcony where you can it and admire the panoramic views from afar as Kaputas (outside Kas) over to the edge of the hillside where Parata beach starts. a Great spot for an early evening drink as you watch the stunning sunsets that Kalkan has to offer.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, also with the the opportunity to view the panoramic delights of this part of the Turkish Riviera.

Both bedrooms have access to a large wet room with shower; and storage for your holiday clothing.

LaVanta Clubhouse
Full use of LaVanta facilities including a stunning communal 25m Infinity pool with breathtaking views of the mediterranean with sun-loungers and parasols. Alongside the pool is the LaVanta ClubHouse which offers a full restaurant and bar offer.  Children are also catered for with table tennis; and an infant plunge pool. Cleaning
Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered.  Bed linen and towels will be changed for those staying longer than a week.

We are committed to Health and Safety on an ongoing basis. Health and Safety Guidelines are on display when you enter LaVanta; and also around the pool at the Clubhouse. We ask that you follow these guidelines.

A Welcome Kit*
