This Is Kalkan features Villa Leyla

A charming 3 bedroom property, set in private gardens on the beautiful LaVanta development just a short drive from Kalkan. The property also has a sofa bed so can sleep a maximum of 8 people.

The open plan living area is chic and comfortable with a cosy sofa, armchairs and a flat screen TV. Large floor to ceiling doors open out onto the terrace and make the room bright and airy throughout the day. The kitchen is at the end of the open plan area and is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare a variety of sumptuous meals.

The elegant decor continues in the bedrooms, with 2 double bedrooms and a further twin room.

The terrace has a contemporary dining table and chairs, a great place to enjoy your meals al fresco, as well as a lovely seating area for an afternoon read.

Cleaning
Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered. Bed linen and towels will be changed for those staying longer than a week.

Health & Safety
We are committed to Health and Safety on an ongoing basis. Health and Safety Guidelines are on display when you enter LaVanta; and also around the pool at the Clubhouse. We ask that you follow these guidelines.

When you book with us, you will receive a complimentary bag of travel toiletries on your arrival in each bathroom. Contained within the bag are a locally sourced soap, and a shampoo, shower gel and body wash. (*Contents may be subject to change based on supplies).
