The accommodation is arranged over two floors, with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 single and 1 twin); and the open plan living area comprising a fully fitted kitchen (with dishware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils), dining and living areas on the ground floor. The Villa has been designed to make the most of the sea views its position affords, with large French doors that bring the outside in, and give easy access to the swimming pool and sunbathing terrace. Beautiful outside furniture on the shaded terrace offer the opportunity to enjoy alfresco dining and relaxation.

The shaded terrace off the living area is furnished with high quality dining and lounging furniture, and the gardens beyond are planted with Terracotta pots, bougainvillea and other native Mediterranean planting.

LaVanta Clubhouse
Full use of LaVanta facilities including a stunning communal 25m Infinity pool with breathtaking views of the mediterranean with sun-loungers and parasols. Alongside the pool is the LaVanta ClubHouse which offers a full restaurant and bar offer.  Children are also catered for with table tennis; and an infant plunge pool. Cleaning
Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered.  Bed linen and towels will be changed for those staying longer than a week.

We are committed to Health and Safety on an ongoing basis. Health and Safety Guidelines are on display when you enter LaVanta; and also around the pool at the Clubhouse. We ask that you follow these guidelines.

A Welcome Kit*
When you book with us, you will receive a complimentary bag of travel toiletries on your arrival in each bathroom. Contained within the bag are a locally sourced soap, and a shampoo, shower gel and body wash. (*Contents may be subject to change based on supplies).
