The open plan living and dining area is bright and airy with 2 sets of patio doors opening out to the pool terrace and covered alfresco dining area. The space is stylishly furnished with 2 comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV and breakfast bar with chairs. The kitchen has plenty of worktop space, and is fully equipped with all the modern appliances.

Villa Mel has 3 bedrooms in total, set across 2 floors. All bedrooms are beautifully finished with stylish furnishings and views of the pool terrace or across to the sea beyond. The ground floor bedroom has access to a bathroom/utility room. The other bathrooms have access to a modern shower room.

The outdoor space offers ample opportunity to relax and unwind, with sunbeds dotted along the edge of the private pool, ideal for cooling off on those hot summer days. The shaded outdoor dining area overlooks the pool and is perfect for those alfresco BBQ.

Cleaning
Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered. Bed linen and towels will be changed for those staying longer than a week.

Health & Safety
We are committed to Health and Safety on an ongoing basis. Health and Safety Guidelines are on display when you enter LaVanta; and also around the pool at the Clubhouse. We ask that you follow these guidelines.

A Welcome Kit*
When you book with us, you will receive a complimentary bag of travel toiletries on your arrival in each bathroom. Contained within the bag are a locally sourced soap, and a shampoo, shower gel and body wash. (*Contents may be subject to change based on supplies).
