The private pool terrace features a beautiful infinity swimming pool, ideal for sunny days and relaxation. The lounge seating areas next to the pool is perfect for unwinding with a refreshing drink, and the BBQ provides a convenient space for preparing meals. The terrace offers a variety of seating and dining options, including comfortable chairs under the covered pergola, all surrounded by a high wall, olive trees, and modern design, creating a unique and private outdoor experience.

The villa features three double sized bedrooms, each with a separate WC and shower room. On the ground floor is a double bedroom (two single beds which can be joined to make a king) with direct access to an adjacent seating area where you could perhaps have a morning coffee in the shade, and the garden and pool area. The remaining two bedrooms upstairs include the master bedroom with a king sized bed; and the other bedroom with 2 single beds which also when joined together can make a king.  Both overlook the pool and garden.

The open-plan living and kitchen area features a high vaulted ceiling which amplifies the feeling of spaciousness and lets in plenty of natural light. The lounge area is comfortably furnished with a beautiful sofa arrangement and a Smart TV. It also features windows overlooking the pool terrace and patio doors that open directly to the infinity pool. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern Bosch appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dining table, and a separate door leading to an additional outdoor dining area.

LaVanta Clubhouse
Full use of LaVanta facilities including a stunning communal 25m Infinity pool with breathtaking views of the mediterranean with sun-loungers and parasols. Alongside the pool is the LaVanta ClubHouse which offers a full restaurant and bar offer.  Children are also catered for with table tennis; and an infant plunge pool. We look forward to welcoming you to the Clubhouse.

Cleaning
Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered.  Bed linen and towels will be changed for those staying longer than a week.

We are committed to Health and Safety on an ongoing basis. Health and Safety Guidelines are on display when you enter LaVanta; and also around the pool at the Clubhouse. We ask that you follow these guidelines.

A Welcome Kit*
When you book with us, you will receive a complimentary bag of travel toiletries on your arrival in each bathroom. Contained within the bag are a locally sourced soap, and a shampoo, shower gel and body wash. (*Contents may be subject to change based on supplies).
