Located in an elevated position on the frontline of LaVanta, this modern, well appointed villa boasts fantastic outdoor seating and dining area, surrounded by the Taurus mountains, countryside and out to the glistening Mediterranean sea which can be viewed from two of the 3 bedrooms (2 super king + 1 king) upstairs. The decor in and out has an inviting appeal. The mediterranean light blue mosaic tiles make a dip in the infinity pool simply irresistible on a hot summer’s day followed by a snooze on the sun loungers on the pool terrace.
Furnished to a high standard throughout, the smart modern decor offers a spacious living and dining area and a stylish well equipped kitchen (with dishware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils), all bedrooms are air conditioned, and 2 have panoramic views of the Mediterranean. An expansive shady covered terrace is a great spot for al fresco dining, the barbecue proving a great favourite for in-villa chef dining. This property delivers a sense of peace and relaxation.

LaVanta Clubhouse
Full use of LaVanta facilities including a stunning communal 25m Infinity pool with breathtaking views of the mediterranean with sun-loungers and parasols. Alongside the pool is the LaVanta ClubHouse which offers a full restaurant and bar offer. Children are also catered for with table tennis; and an infant plunge pool. We look forward to welcoming you to the Clubhouse.

Cleaning
Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered. Bed linen and towels will be changed for those staying longer than a week.

We are committed to Health and Safety on an ongoing basis. Health and Safety Guidelines are on display when you enter LaVanta; and also around the pool at the Clubhouse. We ask that you follow these guidelines.
