There is a large, open plan living, dining and kitchen area, all of which overlook the sea views. The space is contemporarily furnished with ample seating, a modern kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday meals. The patio doors keep the space filled with natural light and open on to a spacious terrace with dining table and chairs – perfect for alfresco dining with a stunning view.

On the first floor is a bright and spacious double bedroom; and a twin bedroom, both with their own separate en-suite bathroom. On the second floor is another double bedroom with en-suite and access to a private terrace with sun loungers.  On the rooftop, rests the final double bedroom, with private bacony and roof terrace with sun loungers.  All 4 of the bedrooms overlook the stunning sea views.

The infinity pool overlooks the sea and surrounding bay of Kalkan. The paved terrace offers the perfect place to relax and admire the spectacular views , with sun beds for those wanting to soak up the sun.  What is not to enjoy.

Cleaning
Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered.  Bed linen and towels will be changed for those staying longer than a week.

Health & Safety
We are committed to Health and Safety on an ongoing basis. Health and Safety Guidelines are on display when you enter LaVanta; and also around the pool at the Clubhouse. We ask that you follow these guidelines.

A Welcome Kit*
When you book with us, you will receive a complimentary bag of travel toiletries on your arrival in each bathroom. Contained within the bag are a locally sourced soap, and a shampoo, shower gel and body wash. (*Contents may be subject to change based on supplies).
