We rented Villa Oceanic in LaVanta. We had a brilliant stay at the villa. It was wonderful and well maintained. We have stayed in the resort a few times and never had any problems - it's always been fantastic. This Is Kalkan was super helpful with us in the run up to our holiday - being during the Covid crisis of 2020 - we would recommend this agent and will be looking to work with them again in the future.

Alles war perfekt, die Einrichtung, die Umgebung, die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon und auch dem gemeinsam genutzten Pool. LAVANTA is a terrific location. Set in the hills above Kalkan allows it to have a nice breeze, instead of the heat you get closer to the sea. Only 30 lira into town in a taxi, which was less than 5 minutes. The resorts pool and restaurant was spectacular as well. Stephen was a super host and introduced us to many of his friends in the villa community. The villa was modern, clean and had every amenity. We will definitely be back to LAVANTA..

Villa Keady - Great villa, superb pool & terrace area plus a communal infinity pool if you fancy a drink at the bar with a gorgeous view. Only 5 mins in a cab to the incredible array of restaurants in the harbour. Just so peaceful & relaxing up in La Vanta.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Bethany - it is so well equipped with everything you need! Our 18 month old certainly enjoyed the toys 🙂 The complex of Le Vanta itself is beautiful, the shared pool has amazing views and the restaurant and bar have just reopened for the summer! The only negative is that the villa isn’t really in walking distance of Kalkan.. Other than that, I would definitely recommend the villa 🙂

We stayed in Villa Patricia at La Vanta, Kalkan and had an amazing time. The Villa is modern, spacious, immaculate and had everything we needed and the outdoor space the same. We loved the garden, the different tables you could eat at, the bbq and of course the pool. The location was ideal for us - a 5 min drive up the hill from town so nice and quiet with views of the beautiful bay. Villa Patricia is right in front of the clubhouse at La Vanta which was perfect for us - the kids (aged 11, 9 & 7) loved the milkshakes up there and of course the larger infinity pool. The clubhouse has a really relaxed vibe, nice music, simple lunches, perfectly chilled beers and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! And yet we couldn’t hear it from the Villa despite being so close!...

Absolutely faultless, everything lived up to expectations and more. Villa Azure was perfect, location on LaVanta perfect (less than 1 minute walk to the pool/clubhouse), villa had every utensil/equipment you could possibly need, the thoughtful welcome pack of food in fridge, fresh bread, tea and coffee etc was like having a big hug when we arrived tired in the middle of the night. Will be coming back to LaVanta again, so much more to do and see and LaVanta was the perfect springboard to everything in Kalkan and the surrounding areas.

We have just spent the most amazing 10 days in a wonderful Villa (Iskender) here in Kalkan organised through Stephen at This Is Kalkan Ltd, we can not recommend him or his services enough, he was at the end of WhatsApp & email whenever I needed direction, he even organised our airport transport which all ran smoothly, if you haven’t booked your Villa yet I highly recommend you contact This Is Kalkan, we will be back as Kalkan has been one of our favourite destinations over the years and will definitely be in contact with Stephen again we can not thank him enough just wonderful from start up finish!

Stephen is a great host! When we arrived at Apartment Safak in the evening, there were food in the refrigerator, which was very impressive. The apartments have everything you need for relaxation and life. The kitchen has all the utensils, washing machine, iron, clothes dryer. On the territory there is a swimming pool with a beautiful view of the sea and a restaurant where delicious food is prepared. The territory is guarded. Thank you, Stephen, for your hospitality. It was very nice to meet you. We want to come back here again.

Villa Yüzbir is situated at the small new village with other similar villas around (but we think it's one of the best). The rooms and outside area correspond to the pictures. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is very well equipped, very easy to cook. The view is amazing, the furniture on the terrace is very comfortable. It was a great stay!

Hi all, I stayed in the MeLu apartment in Kalkan. This was the first time I've travelled on my own. It was a wonderful experience. From arriving at the airport to leaving the service was first class.
MeLu apartment is like a home not an apartment.
I could have happily lived on the balcony with its amazing views over the sea all week.
The clubhouse is within 100 yds for amazing food and the family that own it couldn't be nicer. I had dinner with them and can't say enough about this place
The apartment is stunning, has everything you need and I'm definitely going back.

Havuzun kendi snack barındaki yiyecekler gayet lezzetli ve fiyat olarak çoğu yerden daha uygundu. 7/24 sitenin güvenliği olması ve herhangi bir teknik sorunda telefonla site görevlilerinden yardım alabilme tatil konforunu arttırdı. Bütün odalar ve salonda sorunsuz çalışan klimalae mevcut. 3 banyosuna rağmen sıcak suda da hiç sorun yaşamadan tatilimizi bitirebildik. Totalde evden ve siteden çok memnun kaldık tekrar aynı yeri kiralama konusunda istekli olduğumuz nadir villalar arasına girdi.

Our stay in this apartment was great, we stayed in Patara Prince in the past multiple times and our favorite stay was definitely in this apartment! It was well cleaned and just as in the photos. (With an amazing sea view) Stephen replied to all of our questions very fast and took prompt action... About the complex, I highly recommend it to everyone who plans to stay in Kas/Kalkan as you have direct access to the beach and super clean sea as sometimes it might be challenging in Kas region to find easy access to the sea. It is also very close to Kalkan’s center. Just one thing to keep in mind is that Patara Prince is not a very new complex (although architecturally very beautiful), hence don’t expect luxury but comfort, peace and an amazing view from your balcony and that if anything happens, Stephen will be there to help you fix any issues you might face during your stay. The experience we had in this charming small town was truly exceptional, thanks to the assistance of Stephen Hillcoat throughout our stay. Stephen is a gem of a person, always available and willing to help us with anything we needed. He provided us with fantastic restaurant recommendations and suggested must-visit places in the area. Moreover, he even assisted us in finding storage and transportation options, and he didn't hesitate to guide us to the best local bakery that offered the most delicious Baghlava.

Our large multi-family group (16 people) booked villas, transfers, chartered a boat and took trips to Saklikent all arranged with Stephen at This is Kalkan. Couldn’t be more pleased. Everything worked out perfectly, the accommodation was great and Stephen was so prompt setting things up for us, literally organizing transfers in minutes. Prices were competitive and even when there was a small problem due to a mixup by another agent about one of our villas, Stephen came to the villa immediately to make sure it was sorted and bought us a couple of bottles of wine to boot! Villa Azure - The House had all we needed.. The beds were very comfortable. There is an amazing club house, it was so well run. the pool is spectacular. Their food was amazing from them. The view from the club house was wonderful. There are cats and dogs all over the place which are so friendly, one think you have to feel sorry for them as you think they are strays, but they are so well looked after. us being animal lovers , loved having them around. I absolutely recommend this location. one needs to catch taxi's everywhere, but it's cheap enough. (10/10 rating on Booking.com)
